General
This cancellation policy applies to all vacations and travel packages booked through Many2go, effective from 01 June 2025. Customers eligible for refunds will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date of cancellation or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. For cancellations made during an ongoing trip, refunds will be processed within 90 working days from the date of return or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. Please note that refund amounts are subject to change based on international exchange rate fluctuations, refunds received from suppliers, and payments received from customers to date. Any changes to the refund amount will be communicated by your Many2go account manager.
Flights
- Flights marked as “Non-Refundable” on your final travel voucher are not eligible for any refund.
- For flights marked “Refundable”, refunds will be processed as per the cancellation terms mentioned in your product’s “Cancellation Policy” section and your final itinerary email.
- Flight refunds may vary based on international exchange rates.
- Many2go is not responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or grounding. All such claims must be directed to the airline. Refunds depend on the airline’s policies and processing time.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure their passport has at least 1 year of validity and is in good condition. Many2go is not liable for denied boarding due to invalid or damaged passports.
- Customers should arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before boarding time. Many2go will not be responsible for missed flights due to late arrival where airport transfers are not booked through us.
- When Many2go arranges airport transfers, delays due to unforeseen local conditions will not be grounds for refund on missed flights.
- Baggage allowance details will be provided in your travel documents. Additional baggage charges must be paid directly to the airline at check-in.
- Some low-cost carriers require mandatory online check-in. Failure to comply may result in extra airport fees, which Many2go will not refund.
- Meal preferences requested through Many2go are subject to airline availability and quality, which Many2go cannot guarantee.
Hotels
- Hotels marked as “Non-Refundable” on your final voucher will not be eligible for a refund upon cancellation.
- Refunds for “Refundable” hotels follow the cancellation terms listed in the product details and final itinerary email.
- Refund amounts may fluctuate with currency exchange rates.
- While Many2go carefully selects hotels with quality standards, we are not responsible for hotel staff behavior, cleanliness, or room quality. Any additional costs for upgrades or extra services during the trip must be paid by the customer.
- Any hotel changes made during the trip (cancellations of original bookings and new bookings) will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the original hotel.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are at the hotel’s discretion, and Many2go cannot refund cancellations made due to these requests being unavailable.
Activities
- Activities marked “Non-Refundable” on the final voucher are non-refundable if cancelled.
- For “Refundable” activities, refunds follow the terms in the product cancellation policy and final itinerary email.
- Refunds for activities may vary based on exchange rates.
Visa & Insurance
- Many2go assists with visa application facilitation and documentation guidance. However, visa approval is at the discretion of the embassy and Many2go is not responsible for visa denials.
- Visa fees are non-refundable if the visa application is rejected.
- Many2go is not liable for any changes to visa requirements or processes made by embassies during application processing.
- Travel insurance, once purchased, is non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Transfers
- Transfers booked through Many2go follow refund terms as detailed in the product’s “Cancellation Policy” section and final itinerary.
- Refunds for transfers may be affected by currency exchange rates.
